About

I was born and raised in Park City, UT in the heart of the Intermountain West. When I was growing up, cross-country skiing was just one of the activities I did. I was always running between soccer practice, track, downhill skiing, and whatever other sport I had decided to try. Somehow, skiing stuck through it all, and I made my first Junior National team in 2006 skiing for the Park City Nordic Ski Club under my coach, Gordon Lange. I was lucky to grow up with such a great ski program in my backyard. Gordon was, and still is, one of the best coaches around and I had an awesome group of older girls to look up to.

When it was time to look for colleges, I had it pretty narrowed down to a handful of top ski colleges. I decided I wanted to venture to the East, and though my first year was a learning experience full of icy, narrow tracks and the so-called "wintry mix", I loved skiing at the University of New Hampshire. I qualified for the NCAA Championships in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and was on the All-East team those years as well. Under the guidance of coaches Cory Schwartz and Steve Monsulick, I continued my love of the sport and was able to qualify for the U23 World Championships in Liberec, in the Czech Republic during my senior year. This inspired me to think about skiing after college and seeing how far it could take me. Luckily I found a great team up in Craftsbury, VT skiing for coach Pepa Miloucheva.

As a Green Racing Project athlete, I've traveled all over the world, from South Korea to Alaska. I also have spent a lot of time in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, putting down roots and learning new skills: learning to grow my own food, event organization, coaching, and much more. I made my World Cup debut in 2017 and have one career National Championship Podium to my name, as well as multiple SuperTour podiums.

When I'm not ski racing, training, or traveling for ski racing, I love mountain biking, road biking, hiking, backpacking, and any sort of adventures in the mountains and deserts of Utah. Other than that, you can find me either curled up with a good book or experimenting with yummy baked things in the kitchen!

  1. I'm watching you in racing in Ulricehamn and I think I knew your family. Is your mum's name Juliey, your dad RJ and your brother Daniel?
